“Violet & Rose” represents the creative endeavors of Jo Reid. Originating at her home in Melbourne in 2006, Jo creates little hand made treasures that remind you of your childhood. From the fabrics, to the vintage buttons and trims, all evoke memories of carefree, happy days.
“I wanted to create items that were simple and appealed to both adults and children. To take old fashioned ideas and put a new spin on them. Putting pieces together that complimented each other to create beautiful things for people to love. I was inspired by pretty feed sack fabrics and when I teamed these with old style trims (especially buttons) I had found my niche.”
And Violet & Rose was born.
